ISCLH Book Prizes

ISCLH has initiated a biennial book prize in 2020, awarded to a monograph published in the preceding two years that significantly and uniquely enhances the understanding of Chinese law and history. To be eligible, monographs must be grounded in original research on historical aspects of Chinese law, provide historical analysis with substantial legal perspectives, or offer historically informed legal comparisons between China and other societies.
